A young woman with the tooth #21 root fracture. The tooth was removed and a temporary prosthetic replacement made. After a healing period the dental implant was implanted (Astra Tech Osseo Speed). At the same time, the bone under the position of the implant has been augmented. After a period of osseointegration, the gum molding was done, using the specially adapted temporary crown. Finally, the permanent crown was made of press ceramic on zircon abutment.
When it comes to dental medicine, this type of work is considered to be one of the aesthetically most demanding procedures.
